Resolved: Need return address so I can return two dresses, more than 48 hours passed since return request submitted
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Items refunded but had to pay $28 to ship back the items to China, which is more than the items cost.
I paid more to ship the items back to China than the amount of my refund, but at least I kept JustFashionNow from keeping my money where the products were far less than desireable.I would not ever order any clothes from them again. I ordered leggings which are also...
Will I do business with them again? NO.
There are better ways and closer return addresses to do business with.
If I dont get my refund within a reasonable amount of time I will contact the payment platform to initiate a dispute.
Attached are receipts with my tracking number, LH19089****US, which shows I paid $28.85 to return to China the 2 poor quality dresses.
